Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between The Gentlemen’s Den Association (“Organization”) and the individual (“Applicant”) submitting an application for membership. By submitting the application, the Applicant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application Submission:
• The Applicant must provide accurate and complete information when submitting the membership application.
• The Applicant must meet the eligibility criteria specified by The Gentlemen’s Den Association for the selected membership tier.
2. Review Process:
• The Gentlemen’s Den Association reserves the right to review and evaluate all membership applications.
• The decision to accept or decline an application is at the sole discretion of The Gentlemen’s Den Association.
• The Gentlemen’s Den Association may request additional information or documentation to verify eligibility.
3. Interview Process:
• If an Applicant’s membership application is approved, they may be required to participate in an interview with a representative of The Gentlemen’s Den Association.
• Membership approval is contingent upon the successful completion of the interview.
4. Membership Fees:
• Upon acceptance into The Gentlemen’s Den Association, the Applicant may be required to pay the applicable membership fees.
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by The Gentlemen’s Den Association.
5. Code of Conduct:
• All members must adhere to The Gentlemen’s Den Association’s code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
• Violation of the code of conduct may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
6. Privacy and Data Usage:
• The Gentlemen’s Den Association will handle Applicant’s personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
• Personal data provided during the application process will only be used for membership-related purposes.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
• The Gentlemen’s Den Association reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Applicants will be notified of any changes via email or through The Gentlemen’s Den Association’s website.
8. Termination of Membership:
• Membership may be terminated at the discretion of The Gentlemen’s Den Association for reasons including but not limited to violations of the code of conduct, non-payment of dues, or misrepresentation of information.
9. Governing Law:
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan.
By submitting the membership application, the Applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
